3. Geographic Limitations (Licensure)
DURDUNJI Therapy & Counseling, PLLC provides clinical therapy services exclusively to individuals physically located in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee at the time of service.
For Visitors Outside AR/TN: If you reside outside these states, our clinical therapy services are not available to you due to state licensing regulations. Any general coaching or consulting services offered outside these jurisdictions will be explicitly governed by a separate non-clinical coaching agreement.
4. Transparency Statement on Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We value authenticity and efficiency. In the spirit of transparency, we want you to know how we use technology:
Human-Led, AI-Assisted: We believe in using technology to enhance, not replace, human connection. Some content on this website (such as blog outlines or structural drafts) was developed with the assistance of AI tools to ensure clarity and accessibility.

5. No Surprises Act: Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Your Rights: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
The Estimate: You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
Disputes: If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
