What needs to change? You'll clarify your values and direction, develop skills (boundaries, communication, self-compassion), and experience early wins that build confidence.

Later sessions focus on sustainability. How do you maintain this without therapy? You'll consolidate skills, build maintenance rhythms, and develop confidence to do this on your own.
